Mondays: 7-7:30pm
Our striking classes are designed to go in-depth on the technical and tactical aspects of striking.
Here you'll learn a lot about biomechanics, targeting and how to get the most power out of your body, regardless of your current strength and fitness level.
We cover a range of topics, from punching, to close quarters strikes like knees, elbows and hammers, to kicks, and even less common strikes like finger strikes to the eyes or headbutts.
The only thing we don't practice is biting, because the pads taste like foam.
There's no minimum fitness or skill level required - we help you scale up and down the difficulty of the activity by giving you different options!
