Mondays: 6:30-7pm
Our fitness classes are designed to be a combination of fun games/drills, hitting the pads to relieve stress and developing power in the muscles.
There's a big emphasis on doing things you can't do in the gym - like big group drills, striking with a partner and grappling. The goal here is to sneak the veggies into the mash - you'll be so engaged with what you're doing that you won't realise you're sweating and puffing.
Like all our classes, there's no minimum fitness or strength level required - we help you scale up and down the difficulty of the activity by giving you different options, and encouraging you to take micro-breaks if you need!
